Home Inspection
For most people a Home is the largest purchase they will make in their lifetime. Our job as Home Inspectors is to make sure that you know about all of the deficiencies your home may or may not have. We recommend getting an inspection before you buy a home, then every 5-10 years after you buy the home depending on its age.
Septic Inspection
Most of the time, you will not realize you have a problem with your septic tank until it is backing up. Septic tanks can be damaged by driving over them, root infiltration, clogging, storm water infiltration, and by draining improper materials into the tank. We check for the functionality at the time if of inspection. WE do not comment on the life of a septic tanks. We also locate drain-fields.
Lawn care/Pressure washing
We handle lawn mowing, mulching, hedge trimming, fertilization, aeration, edging, and minor landscaping. We try to provide a thorough service. We also can handle all of your pressure washing needs, removing mold and grime from various different types of siding at an affordable price.
